No. That verse means we should serve others. Washing feet was a hospitable thing to do in Bible times because people's feet were dusty and dirty from walking around in their sandals (or without them.)

Not personally, but in Catholic tradition it is something which priests do as part of the Maundy Thursday liturgy.

Only my wife's now and again. There is no such Bible command. At the time of Christ it was the customary way to welcome a guest. It was a show of Christian humility

I have been in many churches where they washed each others' feet. It was a relevant custom when the Bible was written, but now, it doesn't make much sense and is a bit silly.
