Because without knowing that there is life after death--a joyous, blissful, literally heavenly life--what point is there in this earthly life?

It's all very well to say that this life has meaning, and an everlasting life is unnecessary.  But isn't it?  Suppose you found a dozen hospitals that save thousands of lives.  If there is no life after death, all those hospitals are worthless, BECAUSE SOONER OR LATER EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO GOES TO THOSE HOSPITALS IS GOING TO DIE ANYWAY.  And if they're all going to die anyway, what difference does it make whether they die next month, ten years or a century from now?

But if there IS life after death, then it matters where you spend it.  That's why Jesus ⛪ matters, and that's why faith in Him matters 🎁

The only way primitive religion exists today is through the child abuse of forcing it into very, very young children but thanks to better education and growing intellects so many teens are able to discover the truth, throw off the indoctrination and step into the real world!

Acceptance of a supernatural claim tends to promote cooperative social relationships. This communication demonstrates a willingness to accept, without skepticism, the influence of the speaker in a way similar to a child's acceptance of the influence of a parent. By encouraging this kind of behavior where the most intense social relationships occur it facilitates the lack of skepticism and deters more open minded thinking.

They are christian, Muslim or the other religions depending where they were born simply because they were indoctrinated by their parents as very young children. They will go on to indoctrinate their own children and those will go on to indoctrinate their grandchildren!

Atheists have the intellect to see through the conditioning and escape into the real world!

Agnostics have the intellect to see through the conditioning but lack the courage to throw of the conditioning entirely.

Sadly Christians, Muslims and others are still held firmly prisoner by the self perpetuating brainwashing!

It is all about indoctrination which makes them fearful of reality and unable to cope without the fantasies!

The truth is that death leads to heaven or hell, and the only way to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ.

The Bible is very clear that no one can earn their way to heaven since good works do not pay for sins. See Gal. 2:16, Rom. 3:23-28, 4:4-5, Eph. 2:8-9, Tit. 3:5. The only way to heaven is by believing in Jesus for His free gift of eternal life. Jesus shed His blood on the cross as the full payment for our sins. He did all the work; all He requires of us is that we believe in Him. Once you believe in Jesus Christ to save you, you are secure forever!

Because we have all sinned against a perfectly holy and righteous God, we all deserve eternal separation from God in hell (Rom. 6:23). However, God loves us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die on the cross as our Substitute so we don't have to go to hell. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later (1 Cor. 15:3-4). He gives eternal life freely to anyone who simply believes in Him for it. No one can be saved by doing good works. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Eph. 2:8-9).

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life" (John 6:47).

We have Gods word the Holy Bible for all our spiritual guidance.

John 3:36 KJV — He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

John 3:18 KJV — He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

The vast majority of the people who think that were indoctrinated into Christianity as children.

It's not "no hope in life without Jesus Christ". It's "no chance without Jesus".

  • They are indoctrinated to believe something is missing so the church can fill the hole they created with Jesus.
