Id like to report a league its called football hes abusive wont let anybody keep there lineups he set it up to pad his stats?

The best way to settle these types of problems is to challenge the commissioner to a fist fight.  Then you fight like your life depends on it and beat him unconscious.  At that point, you are the new commissioner and your rules apply.
