It is not anywhere.

However, if you are 21+, having sex with either of these minors should be very, very, illegal. And if I was president, it would be unlike these useless perverts currently in office.

In every jurisdiction where I can find the relevant laws, it is legal for anyone over 18 to engage in sexual activity.

It is legal for a 20 year old to date a 12 year old or a 18 year old to date a 50 year old. The are no legal restriction on the ages of dating. There are restrictions on the ages that people can engage in sex. Contrary to popular opinion sex and dating are not the same thing (words mean things). In the US in 31 of the states the age at which a person can consent to engage in sex is 16 and it is 17 in 8 other states, leaving 11 state where the age of consent is 18. So if your question really is can an 18 year old legally have sex with a 20 year old in the US then the answer is yes.

In the USA it isn't. Dating isn't specifically against the law for any age, but other details of dating can be against law for adult and minor. There are a couple of US States where 19 is the age of majority. That still doesn't stop dating.
