Should I play Giovanni Bernard or Curtis Samuel?

Play Bernard against a poor Dallas defense. Denver does have a good defense and the weather here will be worse. The Cincinnati Dallas game is likely to be higher scoring.

Of those 2 id play bernard but neither are great options. I find it hard to believe those are the best options at flex unless you're in a league deeper than 12 teams
