How can i marry my fiance in the philippines if im an american citizen in America?

With what's been going on its impossible for me to see her i can't fly there she can't fly here..... Is there some type of loophole where we can get married in a different country? This way i can be with her in the philippines since we will be spouses.

Basically - no.

If you have a real-life relationship with her and the two of you have recently met in person then you can start the process of sponsoring her for a fiancée visa.  It will take a year or more and by then the virus restrictions will be over.
