What does a deck lid spoiler, center exhaust, and rear diffuser do to your car?

My friend got the 2.0T Accord 2020 Sport edition. And the sport edition comes with all of those. The Ex and LX models don't have those as those things I listed in the title are exclusive to the Sport model only.

The rear diffuser. does that make your car more sporty? How about the center HDMI port exhaust?

Just looks. No performance modifications. The new Camrys have this as well for their Ted edition and it’s ridiculous how much more they charge the car for stuff you can add for way cheaper. Just get a base model if you don’t care about upgraded infotainment.

Unless the spoiler is functional (moves), nothing you listed improves performance. The HDMI Port Exhaust is just a chrome cover. If you want more horse power, give it a better exhaust (muffler & catalytic) & a cold R&N air breather. Then, you'll want a better sway bar, say mountain steering. And you can go for a double clutch transmission for that new charger that you put on. Why not just buy a sport car instead of a passenger car?

A spoiler on any car does Nothing until about 140 Miles an Hour then it helps keep the rear end down

It’s known as RICE, Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement. In other words it looks like things that race cars have but don’t actually do anything functional.

It's mostly for looks the accord is not a sports car it is a family sedan meant to haul kids from school and back.
