Why does it feel good to punch people?

I usually avoid conflict but when it comes down to it, I fight... however, I feel better about it afterwards.

I dont think that even today, anyone would have beaten Bruce Lee, the way that he trained, he was just too too fast. Apart from his speed, he was exceptionally strong.
