No there are lots of great, good and best chefs ALL OVER THE WORLD..Not just in one or a few countries .

People may not Like Jamie Oliver but no one can deny he is a Great Chief

I have Visited some 65 Countries had some Great food Only been to Paris Once

But been to Berlin 6 times chips with Mayonnaise i got used to them 

But No One can do Fish and Chips like the English with real chips

Steak and Kidney Pie to die for Pie and Mash with green Gravy spotted Dick

Love a Ham and egg pie

Russia sorry you can keep your Duck and as for France too Rich and Much too sweet

I love a Great steak done on an Australian BBQ

But i do love a savoury Crepe Suzette done by a French cook in Nelsons bay Australia
