I don't think that they are helpful. Stop smoking at the spot. Throw away your cigarettes and never touch again. You are addicted like a heroine addicted and that is the plan of your government - to make money with addicted and sick people. You will face withdrawal symptoms.

Better than smoking definitely, better than vaping it depends on which one stops you from smoking.  If gum/lozenges are enough they are better, if vaping works better then that's better.  It depends on which will stop you smoking most efficiently.

It would go gum/lozenges>vaping>>>smoking. Whichever keeps you from smoking is the best.
