Unless you are a Japanese citizen, you would be detained in quarantine, then  tried and convicted for entering Japan illegally. Then deported and ban from re-entry.

If you got there ,they'd send you back on the next flight .

Unless you already hold a long-term resident visa, you wouldn't be allowed on the flight to Japan.

Unless you have prior approval you would not be allowed outside the airport

You would be detained until you were placed on a plane back  to your home country

If you do hold a visa, you have to quarantine for 14 days. If you break quarantine early, the Japanese government will rescind your visa, and deport you.
