How to improve blood pressure (I prefer your experience with it if possible)? Mine is high. ?

I was in severe pain at the time... but it hit 187/90 or something like that. It came down afterward. But I don’t remember the number. I’m on lisinopril for high BP too, so I know it’s pretty bad. What did you do to lower your blood pressure?

I’m getting into exercising and watching my trans fat intake. I’m trying to eat healthier as well. Any other ideas in your experience?

Try relieving stress as I know this has big impacts on BP. Try new relaxing habits like yoga, reading, going on walks, or anything where your mind can just wander for a bit. It’s might not make it lower all the way back to normal but trying to de-stress can DEFINITELY help.
