Should future elections be managed by ALF?

To maintain honesty, integrity, and security, should future elections be managed and supervised by ALF?

During a recent interview with ALF he exclaimed "Honesty - Integrity - Security" and then gave it famous laugh. HA!

?:   Sure, why not.   He can’t do a worse job than the way the Electoral College is currently configured.
