Question About CT Scan Results?

Hello! A few months ago I received a CT Angiogram, and I wasn't able to ask a question about the results in-person with my doctor.

What does it mean if in the right artery of my heart a “moderate sized PDA” was found? I understand that it can stand for either posterior descending artery, or patent ductus arteriosus. I also understand that the second one is much more serious, and I doubt I have it! Just curious as to how the descending artery can be different sizes? Are all heart arteries like that? Can you tell I ask too many questions?Anyway, thanks in advance if anyone answers. :)

Well ask him now. We don't have heart Doctors on here. Phone your Doctor.

Why do you want pure guesses from here, simply call the cardiologist who ordered this and ask away. Better to get correct factual answers on this
