Why can you be accused of a crime & put in jail just on some ones accusations? I was once?

No you didn't. You may had been arrested on some charges, but you don't go to jail unless those charges were proved in court.

This lack of perfection in the legal system occurs because YOU have not invented a time-travel video drone that will show the deputy or magistrate or judge or jury exactly what happened.

Well, you can be accused because nothing can stop someone from saying things.

Presumably because the Jury believed the other person who was present when this crime happened.

It's not right, but it's the world we live in.
The idea of innocent until proven guilty is a myth In the real world your guilty until proven innocent. And even if your proven innocent, that just means you got away with it.

That's why we have lawyers, so you can sue for false arrest.
