Should it be legal for people to dump their trash into local rivers and lakes to save money ?

    I don't see how getting a $10,000 fine for unlawful pollution is going to "save money".

    No because it does not save money, someone has to paid to clean it up. Not to mention you can end up on the Group W bench.

    No. It would make the rivers so contaminated that people wouldn’t be allowed near it. Animals wouldn’t survive in it. It would also take away a lot of revenue from fishing permits.
