Do you think fat burner supanover really works?

There's a girl selling it that's lost over a stone so far

Do you think it really works?

I've not seen the evidence she's lost the weight, only promotional photos

None of these stupid things work. All diet pills, potions, teas, and powders do is make you pee a ton, thinking you're losing weight, but you're just flushing out your system. They are all diuretics. You don't lose proper weight on these, you end up dehydrated, and 10 times hungrier than you ever were before when you stop them.

Just because someone has lost rocks doesn't mean it can help with weight loss.

    Seems like another weight-loss gimmick.

The way for long-term weight management is supposed to be healthy eating and healthy lifestyle, which includes increasing one's physical activity.

Before starting an exercise regimen, please talk with your family doctor, including and especially getting a blood pressure reading.
