Opened Sausage defrosted ?

Defrosted from weds and now Fri, OK to eat tonight?

Yes.  Cook it all then you have another 3 days or so for the cooked meat in the fridge.

If it was thawed in the refrigerator the sausage is fine.  Sausage has a very long "shelf life" and is typically good for a VERY long time in the refrigerator so a few days in the fridge after being frozen is not a problem.

If it was in defrosted in refrigerator - not a problem probably didn't thaw until some time late Thurs - go a few more days if you want - lots of salt in sausages.
