Why do my Notifications tell me that somebody answered my question, but when I go look at it, their answer doesn't appear?

I haven't blocked anybody, so I know it's not that.  The only thing I can think of is that this person only allows her followers to see her Q&A ....... but then, that doesn't make sense because I saw one of her questions

Happened to me aswell. Might be a glitch. Do u know who it was? I dislike glitches here. U don't have them blocked or in past? Could be many reasons  but some posts when u submit they don't show up which is really unfair.

Sometimes answers don't post publicly hun, it used to happen to my answers all the time.

They have to edit their answer to make it post.
