President Trump will get a big sendoff with all the trimmings on the day that Biden is sworn in as President on 1/20/21. It will be paid for by the US taxpayers as they elected him in 2016.

Trump never despised the military.  Trump never despised the National Anthem.  Trump never despised the Flag.  Trump never despised the Bill of Rights.  Trump never despised police officers.    Trump does not want a big send off.  Trump is not getting a big send off.

No, until Noon on Jan. 20, 2021, Trump is President unless sooner removed. However, if he is still the sitting President on Jan. 20, 2021, he should get all honors. 21 gun salute, "Hail to the Chief", etc. upon his departure from Washington, D.C.
