keep it private or in the company of people who want to watch.  You didn't say your age, but that's pretty common for men from about 12 to 22 or 25.  Over that, we usually reduce the frequency to 1 or 2 times a day..

Don't masturbate or masturbate once in 3 weeks. If that's not what you can do then masturbate once a week. But Don't masturbate 3 times a day, that's not good, it sounds like you have no other work except masturbation. 

Masturbation is fine, just do it less. Excessive of everything is bad.
