Will Angel Cabera still be able to play in the Masters if he is convicted?

I don't think this is a situation the ANGC ever anticipated.

That would be interesting if the ANGC says yes, but the PGA and NBC says no. They could always just pixilate Cabera.
Update 3:
Presumably, he will not get a life sentence, but his green jacket is for life. Presumably, his legal troubles will cost him a lot of money, and even playing badly in the Masters is a money maker for past champions. Therefore, this may actually be an issue the ANGC will have to deal with eventually.

Depends if the US government would allow him to enter the country as a potential convicted felon.

That depends on wether he is sentenced to jail or not. He will not be if he's in jail.
