Do I need a negative COVID-19 test to travel to and/or from Mexico from the United States by land (by bus) in February?

I am not looking for a politically correct answer. I am looking for if I try going into Mexico or try leaving Mexico back to the United States am I going to be denied entry because I don't have a negative COVID test..   thank you
