My email box is not accessable?

I wonder why cannot access to my email box

Click on the envelope on this or any Yahoo page. Since you are logged in here and posting it means you are logged into your email account.

A few possibilities:

1. You need to be in desktop mode

2. You were suspended

3. You have been inactive too long

Go to mail.yahoo.com

if an email account is inactive for over a year it can be deleted by Yahoo or Verizon at any time. If the email account no longer exists, it cannot be verified.

Sfyer 5 years,i am trying to open my email box but it is said that isnot verified..why not
