Not just rap with yodelling but rap while yodelling

It’s possible to do yodel-rap if there’s “mumble rap” and “scream rap”

No. Yodelling means you have to be singing, whereas rapping means you have to be talking - or at the very least speak-singing. They are mutually exclusive.
