Why is this woman so evil?

Always calling people ugly and fat and picking out their flaws, very verbally abusive, cyber stalks people, harasses people, saves strangers pictures to use against them later, lies a lot and makes up fake stories, targets vulnerable people younger than her, plays the victim. She's 34. This is her on a daily basis.  What's wrong with this woman?

She is full of hatred. Maybe life has not gone the way she liked or maybe she doesn't realise that her behaviour drives people away.

She's not your problem but she may end up old and lonely.

I would guess it's her own low self-esteem that drives her to criticise others, as it deflects her own faults away from herself and on to others.

Politicians do similar things too, to take attention away from their own wrongs.
