None whatsoever.  A hernia is a tear in the abdominal wall that allows the intestine to squeeze out and get between the muscle and the skin.  A friend of mine has a bad hernia that basically makes his intestine fill up his scrotum.  There is no supplement in the world that will heal something like that.  Hernias require surgery.

A hernia is a tear in the abdominal muscle. How on earth would something you EAT fix that?  Only one thing repairs hernias--surgery.

Impossible to answer as none of us know what kind of a hernia you have, how severe it is, etc.  This is a question you need to ask your doctor.  They will have access to your medical information and be able to examine you and determine is there a supplement you can use.

But usually a hernia is a torn tissue that has allowed one part of your body to slip through it into an area of your body where it should not be.  No supplement is going to  push your intestine back into the correct part of your body cavity, for example.  And you do not want anything that is going to speed up repairing the tear while something that should not be there is through the tear.  If the tear closes it can cut of blood to the part and cause more problems.

This is something you need to address with your doctor and not try to self-medicate.
