Shirt stuck really bad in zipper ?

I'm trying to avoid going to the cleaners and paying for them to remove it. I tried using a pencil and lubricant and it's jammed pretty bad. Any other suggestions?

No pencil.  A pen. As it is stronger than graphite.

About half of the problem is the proper alignment and feed of the garment into the zipper.   Get that figured out so that there is some slight movement of the zipper.  If you have some movement, it is just an issue of working the garment free.  Patience and thinking helps.

The fabric is causing the problem. Lubricating  it isn’t going to change that.  Ripping the shirt out. pull the shirt fabric out a bit at a time.

Tried really soapy water yet or just liquid soap? It may take some force to get that loose.
