They can be yeast or fungal.  It's called an infection.

Scientific name: Candida Albicans  or Monilla.  In simpler terms, a fungal skin infection.  It doesn't only happen to 'larger' ladies...it can happen to anyone who is immuno compromised in any way.  Commonly affected areas  range from the inside of the mouth, the intestinal tract, the vagina and the rectum, but it can form on skin. Treatment of this condition requires a prescription strength medication. therefore seeing a doctor will be necessary if you are suffering from this form of infection.
