How do I get experience in business etiquette and writing ? ?

I have a high level executive career but I noticed that I am lacking in the area of business communication, etiquette, and writing. Are there any training programs or books that you’ll can recommend for me?

    I find it difficult to believe that a high level executive's first place to seek referral for basic job skills resources would be Yahoo Answers.
