What happened to the Travel Channel?

It went from travel shows to all fictional shows about Bigfoot, ghosts, etc.

Thanks Steve, but the Travel Channel switch from travel shows to fictional Bigfoot type shows at least a year ago.

There's more of an audience for the unreal that the real these days.

My mom had a theory that the travel and discovery networks recently just got way worse because they want you to subscribe to discovery plus, their new streaming service with all their better content. At first I thought that was ridiculous but it's sounding more plausible actually every time I think about it.
