Where did the matter come from? Since expansions cannot create, it could not have come from the big bang.?

You're wrong there --- expansion separates negative gravitational potential energy from the positive energy needed to generate massive particles.
The total energy content of the Big Bang is zero. The positive energy of all the "stuff" is balanced by negative gravitational potential energy. This is true of any "just closed" Universe that satisfies the Einstein Field Equations.

The matter can be created so can antimatter at the same time the average persons knowledge is far from adequate to explain what can happen in the big bang take for exple time and space before the big bang it didn't exist

first we have the big bang which hasnt stopped yet , then we have the big squeese in a few million years .we havent stopped expanding yet .

Almost all lay science is theory based upon extrapolating from grander theory. Where did matter come or not come from is asked and the answer 'The Big Bang' is ruled out due to some contradiction in logic. The point is that The Big Bang is still theory. It hasn't been proven. Until it is proven to be the exact thing that ever happened it's just pleasant mental play to try to apply the logic of it's truth to anything else. Expansion doesn't create matter. That's probably true though we don't know what expansion might do or be or create when sent expanding at hugely significant heat and speed. I'm not up to Einstein thought myself. You know what I think is interesting? What if "The Big Bang Theory' is not a very sophisticated idea at all for explaining the existence of the universe? It might be, until proven different, that the existence of matter and the whole of the universe is much stranger than a enormous explosion?

Matter is really energy. It's compressed and organized energy. Matter is formed under huge amounts of gravity, which happens when too much space/time is displaced.

The big bang was the result of the explosion or expansion of the pure energy which has no form but can perform work. so the work done is equal to force x distance move , this mean in order to have force then mass is needed to expand out in space. So the universe start to form, when energy ,mass and space being melted together to become time entity. The universe then become completed and function as according to its intelligent design of having energy, mass , space and time , by the product of the big bang. This is how the matter came from.

matter is just energy, so it came from the big bang, or more precisely, formed from the cooling of the system after the energy pulse that coincided with the initiation of this universe.

In the Beginning, there was only Hydrogen. Element Number one.
Hydrogen Gas Accumulated and formed a Gas Giant due to Gravity. When this Gas Giant got big enough Nuclear Fusion of Hydrogen started, again due to Gravity.
A star was born. When you fuse two Atoms of Hydrogen you get one atom of Helium, Element number Two. When a Star Explodes (super nova) these elements are Fused and that creates other Elements until you have all the Elements.
That is the simple explanation.
