Is it normal to split stream when you pee for circumcised guys.

When that happens, give the head of your dik a GENTLE squeeze--vertical. Gently squeeze the top and bottom close to the tip to open up the urethra.

I am circumcised, it is sometimes divided when I urinate with the penis erect, when this flabby one doesn't pass that.

not sure dude this might be a good question for your doc. one thing that is really important is using condoms, getting a penis health care product that WORKS for you and your gentle delicate skin down there, and just straight up caring more about your skin below the belt. there is nothing more important, amiright?!?! cheers folks.

Split stream at every void is abnormal. The stream can spray/split anytime there's a partial obstruction in the urethra/prostatic urethra. This can be caused by many things (Examples: urethral stricture, stones, etc.). You should meet with a urologist for further workup.
They can see how well you're emptying after each void and do additional testing/imaging.
