What would happen if I called Pizza Hut and had 50 pepperoni and mushroom pizzas sent to a cops house?

Cop would possibly get sick on his own; then have the whole police force track down who sent the pizza. Then, you get charges for poisoning a police officer, and have to prove yourself innocent later in court.

If the cop was that enraged by having a pizza falsely ordered to his/her home, he or she would call Pizza Hut and request the number that called in the order, and there would also be a voice record of the call.
From there, if a cop wanted to he/she could call the station and have another officer go through the legal channels to get "Mischief Under $5000" charges drawn up, as well as potentially a "Criminal Harasment" charge. If the officer elected to press charges, at the very least you would be issued a summons, all the way up to being full on arrested and taken to the police station.
"Mischief Under $5000" carries up to 2 years in a federal penenterary, if the crown elects to go indictable offense before the trial! If the crown elects to go "summary offense", you would be looking at up to 6 months in jail and/or $2000 fine.
"Criminal Harassment" carries up to 14 years in a federal penetentary, its strictly an indictable offense, there is no option for the crown to try the case as a summary offense one.
Assuming your found guilty? You're looking at a few grand in fines, lengthy probation (2-3 years), and maybe even a suspended sentence (its where you serve your jail term in the community under house arrest).

They track your phone number. You would get picked up and probably face charges. That is theft.

They would require pre-payment for an order half that size. The officer and his neighbors would have a pizza party.

They'd be able to trace you through your phone number. And they'd never fulfill an order that big without payment up front.
