Does this happen as you age?

As you age is it normal to develop bumps on your nose etc or do a lot people’s noses naturally stay the same shape?

best to get it checked out by a doctor, never heard of anyone's nose changing shape as they age, especially not developing bumps. There might be something abnormal happening there.
