Can someone easily be misdiagnosed?

Is it possible that if someone had partial abnormal electrical activity in brain activity and normal MRI however is it possible they were misdiagnosed with a wrong result of epilepsy and the electrical activity can return to normal after taking some medication for months?

Yes you can be misdiagnosed, but epilepsy never goes away without surgery. You can ask your doctor for a professional referral to another neurologist or neurosurgeon. 8 could recommend my best friend, but she and her husband are no longer in private practice.
