Should I go to the doctor?

For the past week, I have been sick with bronchitis while experiencing dizziness. Then just today, my right nostril has been leaking yellow liquid whenever i bend down and are looking downward. Along with that, I have been having headaches, blurry vision, not very good balance at times/ i will stumble at times, having tingling sensations in feet and arms, and terrible back pain that brought me to pain. I looked up the part about leaking yellow liquid from nose and saw it mentioned about a cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Could this be it?

yellow liquid from the nose is a sinus infection. talk to your Doctor you have some kind of Virus.

CSF is clear, not yellow.  It is EXTREMELY rare to have CSF leaking from your nose.
