Isn't Trump being kicked out of office enough punishment for his crimes?

His so-called crimes are touted by Progressive Socialist Liberals who are selling out to the global Communists. His fight for the USA has been heroic.
Anyone who fights for US interests will be labeled as subversive, a dissident and dangerous. They will be singled out for ridicule, and targeted.

Trump is innocent and will become president again with his own party.

No why should he get a pension why should he be able to walk away from committing several crimes and act like he's above the law

Trump considered himself above the law. He did things as he pleases and thinks there is no consequences. He considered other people’s lives a joke and only his matters only.
He played with people lives and thinks little of how it will affect people, how it changes their lives for the worst. 400,000 plus lives were lost because of his direct and indirect actions and inactions in the pandemic. If your parents, spouse or child died because of the pandemic when it could have been avoided, would you be so forgiving?
That he is voted out of office is not a punishment but merely a process. He has yet to be punished. If he gets away this time, there is no telling what he will do again because he thinks he can gets away with it. Also, it will encourage others to follow his ways, people like Josh Hawley.

Trump, if he has committed crimes, deserves the same right to trial as anyone else.
That said, I can’t imagine Congress and the Senate could deliver a fair trial if members have already mostly made up their mind based on party lines.

No. If he is not punished like everyone else we give in to his narcissistic idea that he really is better than everyone else; that he is above the law.
