Definitely go with Seth.  The name Ethan is insanely common in the Midwest.  At one point, Ethan was the "new Michael."  People need to stop naming their sons Ethan for the next 100 years.  Seth is a decent name, which is never too common.

They're both great names.  Not overly common or too unusual.  I like Ethan slightly more than Seth.
