    He is not a likeable person.  Many hate him.  Human beings tend to not vote for people they do not like.  But, I suspect you know this already.

    What I wonder is....why is it horrible people are surprised when people do not like them, and is it really that hard to be nice? Its the easiest thing to to do. You see someone, you waive and say Hi.  You see someone having a hard time, you offer to help, you feel empathy. Unfortunately, we have too many people in this world who just do not feel those things...they feel a dark satanic hatred inside their hearts.....

    Eventually he will probably make the HOF, if not elected, but by the veterans committee. His post season record is exceptional, but overall, he is a marginal HOFer.
