How much does it cost to safe proof a rooftop of 3,500sqft? For humans only? What is the additional cost for cats as well? ?

    There is NO SUCH THING as 'safe proof'.

    If we ASSume you mean preventing someone from falling off the roof, you left out EVERYTHING relevant to trying.
