how do you go back to school after a nose job?

i am really shy so i don’t go around telling everyone how much i hate my nose or telling everyone that i’m getting a nose job but i rly want one this summer but i can’t fathom how u could go back to school after. i would only tell like a couple of my friends and everyone would ask when i went back. i want a nose job so bad but this is really making it hard

You tell them that you got a nose job.  There's no point in saying anything else because it isn't true, and its obvious that you had plastic surgery.

Whether you tell people or not, they are going to notice a difference and the information is going to get out. Just accept it and go with it and people will get over it eventually.

you're too young to make decisions about altering your looks if going back to school is a concern of yours, hold off on getting that nose job till you are more grown, who knows you might grow to like your nose as your face changes as you get older
