What is the concentration of protein in the original protein sample 1?
Take 50 μL of protein sample 1 and add 950 μL of buffer to the sample. You then run the experiment on the diluted protein, and get a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL. What is the concentration of protein in the original sample 1? How did you get to your answer? Tysm!

Since you diluted the original protein sample (1000 uL/50 uL = 20) 20-fold, the original sample has a protein concentration of 0.1 mg/mL X 20 = 2.0 mg/mL
