Are gangs more violent today than they were in the past ?

Were Black and Hispanic  gangs in the early 1980s more dangerous  as opposed to today?

Where in the U.s.  would most gang activity occur ?

No actually they are not as violent as more drugs become available and most smoke pot.  Which is now legal.  You may be suprised to know that is one area of the country that is not racist.  Drug dealers and gangs come in all skin colors and income groups.  Trump has a gang of thieves who do what he wants and he is white.  The most dangerous gangs are the rich.
