The Salem-Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Station complex on an Artificial Island in Delaware Bay. Another one is Limerick Generating Station in Limerick Township. On a clear day you can see Limerick's cooling towers from the observation deck of One Liberty Place.

The nearest one might be at Lower Alloways Creek, New Jersey (about 50 miles by car, a little closer as the crow flies).
