What is your opinion on the name Catherine for a girl?

The name Catherine was great before it "exploded in popularity."  Where I live in South Florida it seems like 1-in-5 Millennial women is named Catherine, Katherine, or Katie.  At my local running club which has 600 people on a busy day, I met at least 10 Katies.
