Every country is the same. There is bound to be a finite pool of talent. The genetic pool can always be diluted. True or false?

In any time, place or society there is bound to be a FINITE TALENT POOL of athletes, scientists, musicians, artists, AND LEADERS, etc.

Therefore, if you killed all the athletes then this country would not be able to win anymore Olympic medals for at least another generation.

However, if you killed all the scientists then this country would not be able to win anymore scientific Nobel prizes for at least another generation.

Likewise, if you killed all the politicians and military leaders then this country would not be able to defend itself from FOREIGN INVASION for at least another generation.

Because the FINITE TALENT POOL cannot be replenished easily, nor could it be replenished OVERNIGHT.

But it would take at least another generation before the TALENT POOL of athletes, scientists, musicians, artists AND LEADERS CAN BE REPLACED BY FRESH TALENT.

True or false?

False. Premises need to be more specific. More of a philosophy question than political.
