I'm pretty sure Netflix doesn't share this information as it considers it to be a business secret.  Regular TV ratings are public because they rely on advertising and the advertisers needs a third party they can trust so they know which shows are being watched and by whom.  As netflix isn't advertising based, it doesn't care to release the info.

You can't. Netflix rarely, if ever, releases streaming numbers.

At best you can find third party estimates like Nielson ratings, but again, those are just estimates.
