How do I stop worrying too much?

My son is deployed and in the Marines 

Everyday I worry, my heart races just thinking where he’s at and if he’s getting shot. I’m sometimes get upset thinking he might’ve died.

so sad and I understand I have a grandson in the military and I tied to talk him out of it.  When will these young men stop fighting in these useless wars that never stop for some political leader who does not care about them at all.

I wasn't aware that any US Marines were deployed into any hostile fire areas during January 2021. Please identify his deployment location.
