Did Sherman actual use a Federal Agricultural report with all the hogs,beef& chicken numbers per county in Georgia to carefully plan his ?

Path where there was enough food to allow him a successful exercise of 

mass destruction on the happy peaceful southern countryside

    No, because 10 years earlier, a bunch of "Tea Party/QAnon" congressmen had ridiculed all that "nerdy statistics computer-game sh*t" the government was spending money on, so there weren't any such reports available.

    No, there was no such thing at that time. Sherman just used common military tactics of the day.
